About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyze network KPIs, identifying operational bottlenecks and sustainable growth opportunities for each unit
  • Prepare customized, data-driven diagnostics for each franchisee by cross-referencing regional profiles, demographic data, target audience behavior, and financial history
  • Structure and implement individualized action plans aligned with FVC guidelines, ensuring delivery predictability and achievement of the group’s overall targets
  • Map and monitor franchisee satisfaction indicators using structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Develop periodic reports and analytical views covering target cycles, operational metrics, and business projections
  • Ensure the efficiency of the new franchise activation pipeline by monitoring implementation timelines and compliance with FVC standards
  • Analyze market data and regional potential to co-create brand penetration and market share growth strategies with franchisees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
  • Proven experience managing portfolios and/or franchise networks, with a strong focus on indicator and performance analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into actionable insights and structured work plans
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint) for data modeling and visualization
  • Willingness to travel; preferably based in Curitiba or the surrounding region
