About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement automated routines for generating recurring reports
Extract data using queries from databases
Automate processes and leverage Generative AI agents
Design the architecture, rules, and tactical rationales for incentive programs and campaigns for the sales force
Evaluate the performance, coverage, balance, and potential of franchise consultants’ customer portfolios
Analyze the allocation of CAPEX and OPEX investments across the network
Optimize the allocation of financial resources and prevent inefficient overlaps
Develop interactive dashboards and executive reports
Control and manage the Commercial Directorate’s budget (OPEX/CAPEX)
Ensure financial discipline across active initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in building queries for data extraction, manipulation, and structuring on analytics platforms/Data Lakes
Practical experience applying Artificial Intelligence agents and Generative AI to automate processes
Experience designing commercial incentive mechanics and structuring incentive rationales
Knowledge of budget management (OPEX/CAPEX)
Experience analyzing network investments and sizing commercial portfolios
Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools and advanced spreadsheets
Ability to structure reports, communications, and executive presentations with visual clarity and concision
Commitment to the integrity of metrics and analyses
Ability to translate operational challenges into data intelligence tools, mechanics, and workflows
Results-oriented mindset and ability to solve problems under pressure
