About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate the RGM assortment plan into channel-level actions, aligned with the e-commerce channel’s challenges and strategies
  • Plan the assortment of gifts, samples, and additional channel initiatives
  • Validate long-term demands and product launches
  • Make short-term fine-tuning adjustments (AGCs), ensuring that the cycle volume forecast remains aligned with the most recent performance
  • Manage the cycle end to end, from planning materials (Cycle Kickoff) through supply replenishment monitoring
  • Plan the sampling assortment and validate launch volumes
  • Lead the post-mortem and cycle closeout, extracting key learnings
  • Lead cross-functional projects to accelerate specific categories by connecting relevant stakeholder teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with data tools, including Google Sheets and GCP
  • Experience with BigQuery and writing queries to extract insights is a plus
  • Previous experience in Retail and E-commerce
