About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work collaboratively with the company’s support functions
  • Conduct predominantly behavioral investigations, internal interviews, document reviews, and database analyses using internal tools
  • Prepare management reports on the Conduct Hotline and investigations conducted, organizing materiality and evidence
  • Propose continuous improvements to conduct and investigation processes
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the whistleblower hotline and analysis and investigation processes
  • Analyze and provide opinions on inquiries submitted to the Conduct team
  • Work closely with Human Resources, Legal, and Health and Safety to ensure an integrated approach to complaint management
  • Stay up to date on trends and developments in corporate ethics and whistleblower hotlines, share knowledge with the team, and put it into practice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in roles related to corporate ethics, whistleblower hotlines, or compliance
  • Experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or fraud
  • Strong experience in corporate ethics, whistleblower hotlines, and organizational conduct
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices
  • Good knowledge of and experience with diversity-related topics
  • Ability to analyze hotline reports to identify insights and patterns
  • Proficiency with analytical tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with reporters, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise reports
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and understand reporters’ perspectives
  • Sensitivity when addressing ethical issues with empathy and fairness
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • English or Spanish is a plus
  • Google Workspace proficiency is a plus
  • Certifications related to investigations and compliance are a plus
  • Knowledge of forensic technologies is a plus
  • Investigative interviewing skills are a plus
