About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and keep the processes related to ANVISA’s new Cosmetovigilance regulation (RDC No. 894/2024) up to date, serving as the area’s Technical Lead and focal point during audits.
- Manage and analyze Adverse Reaction (AR) and Performance Deviation (PD) cases, handling crisis situations, issuing technical opinions for national and international requests, and providing technical leadership to the analyst team.
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs and Legal teams to support litigation, regulatory, and brand reputation matters.
- Structure the Cosmetovigilance function for new business units and international expansion, while training and providing technical support to the Customer Experience (CEx) team.
- Prepare technical reports for ANVISA, legal proceedings, and business partners, while continuously monitoring the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as the technical relationship focal point for dermatologists and veterinarians, conducting assessments with clinical partners.
- Act as a business subject-matter expert for Technology and Innovation squads.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biomedicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Practical, up-to-date knowledge of ANVISA’s new Cosmetovigilance regulation (RDC No. 894/2024).
- Previous experience in Cosmetovigilance or Pharmacovigilance, including handling adverse reactions and preparing regulatory reports.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and applying quality management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse areas, including Legal, Technology, and Executive Leadership, with a high degree of autonomy.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São José dos Pinhais, Paraná.
- Graduate-level qualification in a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of toxicology and product safety is a plus.
- Intermediate or advanced English is a plus.
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
- Experience working in squad-based environments and with agile methodologies is a plus.
