About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as one of the leaders/Business Owners (BOs) for new omnichannel projects
Identify development opportunities and strategies
Support the design of product evolution initiatives in technology, providing primary input from the channel perspective
Monitor project results and develop action plans with partner teams
Lead ad hoc studies to measure new pilots or hypotheses
Challenge and manage priorities that deliver value to stakeholders
Lead executive reporting and translate strategy into action
Manage project roadmaps, project structuring, and alignment forums with partner teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Project Management, or related fields
Experience leading projects or workstreams, with hands-on experience in project-based work environments
Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with business teams, users, and stakeholders
Knowledge of project management tools
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides
Experience in agile environments and in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies
Experience as a Product Owner (PO), Product Manager (PM), or Business Owner (BO)
Analytical mindset for strategy development and execution
