Key responsibilities & impact

Execute operational routines, table configurations, and file updates in systems according to established checklists and rules
Run and monitor operational processes
Perform targeted validations of databases and tables to ensure data consistency
Conduct usability and functional acceptance testing based on predefined test scenarios and workflows, with a business-oriented focus
Support the mapping, structuring, and documentation of business processes and rules
Support ad hoc analyses to diagnose operational issues and identify process improvements
Take a hands-on role in supporting the current system and testing new functionalities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or ongoing university degree in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
Analytical skills to follow structured processes and checklists and perform basic numerical validations
Execution-oriented, disciplined with deadlines, and highly detail-oriented
Comfortable working with large volumes of data
Experience with the Google Platform is a plus
Previous experience with systems, functional software testing, or user acceptance testing is a plus
Previous knowledge of SQL or database manipulation is desirable
Previous experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or S&OP is desirable
