Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, organize, and execute large-scale events, including in-person projects for approximately 500 to 1,200 attendees and virtual broadcasts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement product and service activations in different formats.
  • Align strategies with related teams and Vice Presidency guidelines.
  • Manage schedules and ensure deliverables are completed within established deadlines.
  • Solve complex problems and manage executive schedules for projects and appearances.
  • Control and monitor budgets with a medium- and long-term perspective.
  • Plan and monitor the financial and budget outlook, trends, and cash flow.
  • Produce reports and presentations for technical and executive leadership, consolidating performance indicators, results, and strategic data.
  • Act as the primary technical contact, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers throughout end-to-end execution.
  • Coordinate venue sourcing and negotiation, mobility strategy, the dining experience, infrastructure, and the continuous evolution of platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience producing and providing technical leadership for medium- or large-scale events.
  • Solid, practical knowledge of strategic supplier management, contract negotiation, and 360-degree logistics, including attendee experience, accommodations, transportation, infrastructure, and catering.
  • Strong command of event-related financial management, including budget planning, monitoring the financial and budget outlook, and cash flow management.
  • Advanced ability to prepare executive reports, performance reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Events, or a related field.
  • Ability to take ownership, serve as the project’s technical reference and leader, and set objectives with a view of overall results.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and influence decision-making with leadership and C-suite executives.
  • Ability to propose innovative solutions to complex problems and act proactively.
  • Ability to maintain high performance, composure, and analytical clarity in dynamic situations involving challenges and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Efficient management of multiple simultaneous demands, with rigor and attention to technical details.
  • Strong command of financial metrics and the strategic ability to optimize resources.
