About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational and administrative support for the management of physical infrastructure, building maintenance, and outsourced services, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment in Curitiba, PR.
- Monitor cleaning, front desk, reception, landscaping, pest control, and physical security services.
- Track technical service requests and engage vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs, overseeing execution.
- Log, triage, and respond to internal requests through the ticketing system while meeting SLA deadlines.
- Manage and request office supplies, pantry items, disposable products, and cleaning supplies, conducting warehouse inventory counts.
- Support the organization of meeting rooms, corporate events, and workstation moves.
- Support compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and local requirements, including operating permits, fire department approvals, and municipal licenses.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil or Production Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Previous experience with Facilities, General Services, or Building Administration operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and experience with helpdesk systems.
