About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain the Rotinas GB app and the Gestão de Rotinas web module for consultants and franchisees
- Increase franchise operational capacity by centralizing store management and simplifying consultants’ daily activities
- Provide technical leadership for full-stack development using Flutter and Node.js
- Define architectural standards, reusable components, and strategies for complex features
- Propose and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions
- Establish coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD processes
- Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery quality
- Mentor developers through mentoring sessions, pair programming, tech talks, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with stakeholders on product and business discussions and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Research and propose new technologies, tools, and practices
- Identify, prioritize, and lead strategic refactoring and technical debt reduction initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of advanced Flutter experience in complex production projects
- 4+ years of Node.js experience and proficiency in REST/GraphQL APIs using Express, Fastify, or NestJS
- Experience with modeling and optimization in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB)
- Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID, microservices, automated testing, and software resilience
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud providers (AWS or GCP)
- Ability to work across the full stack, from frontend to backend infrastructure
- Act as a reference for architectural decisions, standards definition, and leadership through influence
- Focus on team development, code reviews, training, and documentation
- Ability to connect technical decisions to product impact and view the application as an integrated system
- Clear communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for developers, managers, and business teams
- Strong sense of ownership and resilience to deliver results in dynamic, high-pressure environments
