About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide excellent support to employees, serving as the point of contact for HR-related questions via phone, chat, Slack, and/or in person
Answer questions about payroll, benefits, time off, onboarding, and offboarding
Document and log all interactions on the platform, maintaining an organized history
Participate in meetings, contributing ideas to optimize processes and the employee experience
Act as a guardian of internal workflows and processes, collaborating with other teams to improve HR practices
Monitor service metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in any field
Previous experience in HR or customer service is a plus
Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Drive)
Interest in new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence
