About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure, lead, and continuously improve Information Security processes, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support the assessment and implementation of automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions for Information Security Governance processes.
  • Support the adoption and advancement of practices based on industry frameworks, such as CIS Controls.
  • Lead multidisciplinary security initiatives in a PMO capacity, tracking timelines, status, deliverables, and action plans.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and escalation needs.
  • Define, consolidate, monitor, and report governance metrics (KPIs and KRIs) to executive leadership and executive committees.
  • Prepare dashboards, trend analyses, management reports, and executive materials to support decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in Information Security Governance.
  • Knowledge of methodology and process mapping.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of corporate performance metric frameworks (KPIs and OKRs), providing relevant analyses and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on developing decision-support models.
  • Structured problem-solving mindset, using creative approaches and basing actions on relevant, reliable data.
  • Highly articulate communication skills and the ability to develop and deliver high-quality, high-impact presentations to different levels of executive leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of technical quality.
