About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the strategic Labor and Employee Relations (LER) focal point for Leaders and Business Partners.
- Translate labor-law complexity into practical solutions for day-to-day business operations.
- Identify, propose, and implement operational efficiency projects.
- Leverage opportunities provided by legislation and reduce labor-related liabilities.
- Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with employer and employee unions.
- Support the Legal team during inspections, labor litigation, and technical consultations.
- Develop and implement initiatives focused on achieving OKRs, using data to inform decisions and projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- In-depth knowledge of labor law.
- Experience structuring data-driven projects.
- Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels to implement change.
- Senior-level profile, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently and maintain a results-oriented focus.
- Experience in the manufacturing and logistics sectors is a plus.
