About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead innovation projects for the key men’s fragrance brands
  • Lead the development of the category brands’ strategy, language, and identity
  • Develop the category’s launch strategy, including portfolio, SKUs, claims, packaging, and messaging
  • Lead product development in partnership with the R&D team
  • Develop launch stories and concepts
  • Create design, concept, and fragrance briefs
  • Lead engagements with agencies, fragrance houses, and strategic suppliers
  • Research and analyze the market and competitors, including trends, portfolio architecture, pricing, attributes, and brand messaging
  • Build partnerships with cross-functional teams
  • Curate creative references from the beauty market and emerging trends, with a focus on building expertise and fostering innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strategic vision, strong aesthetic sensibility, and executive-level storytelling skills
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze business KPIs and targets and manage budgets
  • Proficiency with productivity tools for schedule and timeline management
  • Knowledge of or experience in the Beauty, Fashion, Luxury, or Beverages Marketing or Communications sectors is preferred
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Curitiba or the surrounding metropolitan area
