Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of the men’s fragrance promotional grid for Direct Sales, driving the category’s continued and profitable growth
Identify business opportunities and align rules with stakeholders, ensuring strategy execution and optimizing promotional contribution margin
Develop and propose analytical tools, cycle risk projection intelligence, and historical leverage monitoring
Manage the team’s backlog and roadmap to identify new solutions and maximize the value of commercial levers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present proposals to senior leadership to refine strategy and ensure cross-functional synergy
Monitor performance KPIs and build predictive scenarios to support business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across organizational levels, influence decision-makers, and engage multidisciplinary teams with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to transform large volumes of data and insights into strategic, actionable recommendations
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
Experience extracting data using SQL
Ability to manage projects in highly complex, uncertain, and fast-paced Retail/Direct Sales environments
Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate assertively, tailoring communication to different audiences
Advanced expertise in data integration and extraction using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, BigQuery, and Looker
Previous experience in Direct Sales (a plus)
Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools and assistants, including Generative AI, Gems, and automation tools (a plus)
