About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and control Trade Funds (ST), including monthly budget tracking, balance reconciliation, invoice management, ST fund statements, and responding to commercial team requests
  • Manage requests to release funds in coordination with the FP&A team and monitor the consolidated ST fund balance
  • Calculate tactical campaigns, analyze tracking by sub-cycle, and monitor errors by package and FQ
  • Build SKU spreadsheets by cycle/sub-cycle and prepare monthly and quarterly KPI calculation reports
  • Support automation projects for Trade Performance/ST routines and optimize operational controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Trade Marketing
  • Experience in Sales Intelligence or Commercial Performance is a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and database structuring and consolidation
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Power BI, and/or dashboard development
  • Experience with budget control, commercial fund management, and financial reconciliation/invoice processing
  • Strong analytical skills and a critical perspective on KPIs
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on process optimization and automation
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for supporting commercial teams and collaborating with corporate stakeholders
