Key responsibilities & impact

Build, define, analyze, and monitor performance indicators for Grupo Boticário’s loyalty program, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement and delivering actionable insights
Lead in-depth studies and causal analyses of customer profiles and behavior, using data analysis techniques to identify opportunities and guide business strategies
Translate complex analyses into clear insights with concrete, actionable recommendations, preparing executive presentations to support leadership decision-making
Ensure the impact of proposed campaigns and action plans is monitored to capture learnings and better guide the future allocation of investment and capacity
Ensure governance of performance routines to provide stakeholders with visibility into program performance
Prepare results reporting materials for stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong experience in data analysis and strategy development, with a focus on generating actionable business insights and supporting long-term objectives
Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with large volumes of data
Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud platforms
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data
Excellent ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with a focus on presentations for senior leadership
Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with and influence different areas of the company
Proactivity, organization, and the ability to manage time and priorities
