About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand consumer behavior, sales efficiency, and channel performance
Build assumptions and track short-, medium-, and long-term sales planning (forecasts/projections)
Support the achievement of e-commerce targets and budget
Monitor the funnel and digital KPIs, including conversion, traffic, average order value, items per order, revenue, and margin
Identify variances and optimization opportunities
Identify operational and analytical improvements
Structure and automate views, dashboards, and reports
Prepare and lead strategic presentations for Management and Executive Leadership
Translate complex data and sales behavior into clear business drivers
Partner with Media/Performance, Trade, CRM, RGM, and Logistics teams
Support the technical advancement of analytical processes
Explore the integration of databases with automation tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) models

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Sales Channels, E-commerce, Performance, or Planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and Artificial Intelligence tools
Google Sheets / Excel
Power BI and/or analytical tools
Knowledge of the AI ecosystem, including Gemini, NotebookLM, Canva, and Agent creation
Holistic business perspective
Strong ability to create executive presentations using storytelling
Adaptable profile
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams
