About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a technical reference for the analyst team in resolving complex issues and act as the direct liaison with subject-matter experts
Create and manage key performance indicators, including ticket SLAs, span of control, and points of contact
Validate capacity planning (FVC) and metrics with the GECOM and Operations teams
Ensure end-to-end management of the requisition workflow, from technical approval by GCC through operational allocation with the Back Office

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Strong data analysis skills for solving complex problems
Highly organized, with the ability to manage workflows, deadlines, and tickets within SLA requirements
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to structure and deliver executive presentations
Previous experience in Planning, Governance, or WFM (Workforce Management)
Reside in Curitiba or São Paulo
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation is a plus
