Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support supplier market mapping, spend analysis, and the development of Strategic Sourcing strategies for the Software category
  • Lead commercial and contract negotiations, seeking cost optimization, improved commercial terms, payment terms, and efficiency gains
  • Monitor contract lifecycle milestones, including expirations, price adjustments, amendments, and renegotiations
  • Manage procurement processes through SAP Ariba, tracking each stage from requisition through purchase order issuance and other related processes
  • Build close, consultative relationships with requesting departments, aligning business needs and contributing to team development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and digital procurement platforms, such as SAP and Ariba
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for demand management and tracking
  • Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, contract management, commercial negotiation, and cost analysis
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to understand business needs
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different departments and organizational levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively, align expectations with stakeholders, and contribute to conflict resolution
  • Analytical, organized, results-oriented profile, with an interest in using data to support decision-making
  • Knowledge of categorization and risk assessment methodologies is a plus
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Procurement Management, Supply Chain, or Business is a plus
