About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the definition of the product experience design strategy, aligned with OKRs and user needs
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and journey mapping
Translate research insights into functional, data-driven solutions
Develop information architecture, navigation flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Ensure the evolution and application of the Design System, visual consistency, component reuse, and accessibility
Facilitate co-creation workshops, Design Thinking activities, and alignment sessions with Engineering, Product, and Data teams
Analyze usability and user behavior metrics to propose continuous improvements
Identify and resolve friction points across complex product journeys
Ensure detailed documentation and a structured handoff to Engineering
Mentor and support the technical development of other designers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Figma for creating components, screens, responsive flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile devices using a mobile-first approach
Experience applying and evolving Design Systems, standardized components, brand visual language, and accessibility practices
Ability to analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative data to support data-driven design decisions
Experience with product discovery, hypothesis formulation, and conducting continuous testing
Experience working in multidisciplinary teams (squads) in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers/Developers
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle in agile environments
Knowledge of WCAG
