About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and cascade the product vision for the short, medium, and long term
- Build, prioritize, and evolve the backlog using RICE, MoSCoW, and Value vs. Effort
- Lead ongoing Product Discovery processes in partnership with UX and Engineering
- Translate metrics such as NPS, retention, conversion, and churn into hypotheses and solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders
- Track product KPIs and OKRs and communicate results to leadership and peers
- Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and prototype validations
- Ensure clarity and functional refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct benchmarking and analyze market trends
- Monitor the post-launch user journey and adjust course based on user feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Product Owner (PO), managing the lifecycle of digital products
- Proficiency in and practical application of Scrum, Kanban, PI Planning, and Release Planning
- Experience leading prioritization and refinement ceremonies with engineering teams/squads
- Ability to define and track product metrics and OKRs
- Experience managing roadmaps and balancing short- and long-term demands
- Leadership in testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentations
- Ability to build relationships with diverse teams, partners, and leaders
- Analytical mindset to connect business strategy to the product and solve user pain points
