About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the identification, assessment, measurement, and mitigation of operational and corporate risks
- Ensure the continuous development of the governance model and manage audit activities
- Coordinate and develop a team of risk analysts and a data specialist
- Serve as the focal point between Operations and the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team
- Lead the identification and updating of the corporate risk map
- Establish the probability-versus-impact matrix and define risk appetite with business leaders
- Lead the development of key risk indicators (KRIs), dashboards, and executive reports
- Lead, follow up on, and monitor action plans with process owners
- Manage internal GRC audits and responses to nonconformities
- Promote frameworks such as COSO and ISO 31000 and ensure the use of SE Suite risk modules
- Promote training and initiatives to strengthen the risk culture
- Develop and lead the Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Manage and update the Internal Controls Matrix
- Plan and validate tests of control design and operating effectiveness
- Monitor the Compliance agenda and prevent regulatory risks by mitigating deviations and ensuring adherence to corporate policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Risk Management or Governance is a plus
- Solid prior experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Governance
- Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with the risk modules of the SE Suite system
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across Operations, GRC teams, and executive leadership
- Recognized certifications in the field are a plus, such as ISO 31000 Lead Implementer/Risk Manager, CRISC, and CRM
- Ability to lead data projects
- Experience with governance, maintenance, and integration of an Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Thorough knowledge of requirements and experience conducting audits based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Experience with the IUS Natura CAL 4.0 Legal Requirements Management System
