About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the Grupo Boticário Group’s Information Security operations
  • Define the SecOps strategy based on organizational objectives
  • Lead 24/7 operations, modernizing processes through automation and AI
  • Lead managers and teams, prioritizing operational efficiency and employee well-being
  • Manage the SecOps budget, contracts, SLAs, and vendors
  • Respond to complex crises, coordinating with Technology, VPs, Directors, Legal, the DPO, Marketing, and R&D
  • Prepare infrastructure and processes for AI-amplified threats
  • Define and monitor MTTD, MTTR, SLAs, and efficiency OKRs
  • Ensure the stability, observability, and governance of cloud environments, networks, servers, and pipelines
  • Lead capacity planning and continuous management of cyber operational risks
  • Strategically align partners, service providers, and third parties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strategic vision and experience translating business objectives into security and operational plans and priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in Technology, with a background in Information Security, Infrastructure, DevOps, or the operation of critical environments
  • Experience leading managers and teams, with a focus on career development and succession planning
  • Experience managing real-time crises, with exposure to senior leadership, including Directors and VPs
  • Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud, pipelines, and observability in 24/7 environments
  • Knowledge of operational process automation, including scripting, IaC, SOAR, or equivalent technologies, and the application of AI in operations
  • Significant experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendors, and SLA controls
  • Technical English for reading and communicating with global partners and vendors
  • Preferred: experience with Security Operations, SOC, CSIRT, or Threat Intelligence teams
  • Preferred: knowledge of NGFW, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, WAF, SASE, and the ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks
  • Preferred: experience applying AI to security, including SOC copilots, LLMs for triage, and ML for anomaly detection
  • Preferred: CISSP or CISM certification, or a postgraduate degree/MBA in Security or Management
  • Advanced English is a plus
