Senior Innovation Manager – R&D

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of the medium- and long-term Technology Roadmap (H2 and H3 horizons), in synergy with 2030 ESG commitments and Consumer and Insights strategies
- Establish a direct connection with the short-term product development pipeline
- Manage the in-house design and prototyping studio
- Lead the MRO (Labeling Model) team, ensuring technical layout, design, and regulatory alignment with Anvisa
- Manage the Design to Value team, conducting consumer research and applying artificial intelligence to data analysis and decision-making
- Monitor trends, competitors, and market behavior
- Structure consumer research to support decision-making
- Develop and lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists, experts, and specialists
- Foster an environment of diversity and technical excellence
- Build and nurture strategic alliances with Marketing and Category teams to influence decisions and ensure internal adoption of new technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical, scientific, or academic background, preferably with a completed master’s or doctoral degree
- High level of technical specialization in areas related to skin, hair, or biotechnology
- Strong scientific research background and a deep understanding of business needs and the R&D market
- Up-to-date knowledge of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with the ability to use them to formulate incisive questions and guide the team
- Highly adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a dynamic corporate environment
