About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the governance of large-scale, highly complex projects, orchestrating multiple workstreams and ensuring cross-functional alignment
Manage and continuously evolve the area’s management model, prioritizing and accelerating critical portfolio topics in response to new demands, scope changes, and shifts in business direction
Structure and facilitate governance routines, such as syncs and management/executive committees
Critically monitor project KPIs and milestones, removing bottlenecks and mitigating operational and financial risks
Develop and keep One-Pagers, schedules, and interdependency maps up to date
Support the redesign of operating models and process mapping, connecting business and Technology teams
Create high-impact executive presentations, translating complex scenarios into strategic recommendations for decision-making
Engage and influence stakeholders, ensuring adherence to governance models and meeting deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Proficiency in Presentations and Sheets, with advanced storytelling and data-synthesis skills
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMO), governance, process mapping, and KPI/OKR tracking
Knowledge of Lean methodologies and an AI-first, process-oriented perspective (preferred)
Excellent organizational skills and strong prioritization abilities
Versatile, dynamic, and adaptable
Critical, investigative, and consultative mindset, focused on addressing the root causes of problems
Excellent communication and influencing skills to act as a bridge between different areas and organizational levels
Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and agility-focused approach
Solid experience in PMO, Complex/Strategic Project Management, or Strategic Consulting
Experience with Portfolio Strategy, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (preferred)
Proven success in organizational transformation projects and the redesign of cross-functional journeys (a differentiator)
