About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the communications and marketing strategy for Mooz products and solutions, connecting business objectives, brand, and audiences
- Develop 360° communications strategies for campaigns, launches, and always-on initiatives, defining messages, narratives, customer journeys, and strategic direction
- Partner with business, product, and commercial teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate them into communications strategies
- Turn strategies into clear, actionable briefs for the creative team, overseeing deliverables from concept through implementation
- Coordinate opportunities and initiatives with CRM, media, content, digital, and visual merchandising teams
- Track communications and business KPIs, using data, market analysis, and trends to generate insights and optimize strategies
- Manage priorities and timelines, ensuring alignment, quality, and delivery efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Marketing, Communications, or Branding
- Strategic vision, strong creative judgment, aesthetic sensibility, and executive storytelling skills
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills across multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships with different teams
- Analytical ability to interpret KPIs and business results
- Experience developing internal briefs, presentations, and storytelling materials
- Knowledge of integrated communications, CRM, media, content, and digital channels
- Knowledge of the financial services sector is a plus
