About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consultative and operational support to requesters, buyers, and suppliers via Slack
  • Diagnose, guide, and resolve issues and questions regarding the creation, approval, and workflow of Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
  • Resolve issues related to the issuance, modification, and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Support supplier registration and qualification processes
  • Manage and configure operational contracts
  • Investigate the root causes of system errors and guide users on the ARIBA, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP RETAIL platforms
  • Log, categorize, and track incidents and requests in ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements
  • Create tutorials, FAQs, and knowledge-base content to reduce recurring questions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed
  • Hands-on experience, previous experience, or strong systems perspective in Procurement/Supply Chain, including the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle
  • Solid experience providing user support (Help Desk / Service Desk / Key User), resolving operational issues
  • Proven experience using and/or supporting the materials and procurement modules of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and/or RETAIL
  • Practical knowledge of SAP ARIBA (Sourcing, Buying, Network, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management and documentation (ITSM)
  • Comfortable using Slack as the official support tool
  • Excellent written communication, ability to explain concepts clearly, and empathy when dealing with users and suppliers
  • Analytical ability to translate system errors and guide users through to resolution
