About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform accounting closing activities
Prepare journal entries, classifications, reviews, and accounting records for fixed asset movements, bank reconciliations, payroll, supplier accounts, advances, related parties, and contingency provisions
Prepare reports with accounting analyses of the company’s balance sheet accounts
Analyze monthly variances in income statement accounts
Assist with the progress and completion of departmental projects
Respond to external and internal auditors’ requests
Provide support to the team and other departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Active professional accounting registration (CRC)
Solid knowledge of account reconciliations
Intermediate Excel skills
Knowledge of taxation and/or SAP ERP is a plus
Analytical profile, sense of urgency, and strong communication skills
