About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Register suppliers and customers in SAP
- Register and price materials
- Generate EAN and DUN barcodes through GS1
- Request the issuance of import invoices and manage the payment process for domestic suppliers
- Schedule deliveries to the distribution center and monitor any discrepancies in received shipments
- Create and correct import orders in internal systems (SAP and E-comex)
- Register and confirm shipping marks with foreign suppliers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Basic Excel knowledge
- English knowledge is a plus
- Analytical, proactive, and organized profile
