About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop visual identities for private-label brands, leading branding, rebranding, and brand positioning projects
  • Develop and oversee packaging, patterns, mockups, and graphic adaptations, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Research market trends, consumer behavior, innovations, and design references to identify product development opportunities
  • Develop and analyze product collections, including the creation of visual concepts and names for products and collections
  • Negotiate packaging specifications and solutions with suppliers, overseeing development and implementing necessary adjustments
  • Analyze and approve product inspections, verifying compliance with established specifications and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Packaging Design, Advertising, or a related field
  • Solid experience in graphic design, packaging development, and visual identity, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or agency environments, with a focus on private-label brands
  • Experience developing visual identities, managing brand portfolios, and applying branding guidelines
  • Technical knowledge of packaging, including materials, graphic production processes, prepress, and finishing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of creating and maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity systems
  • Experience negotiating with graphic and packaging suppliers is a plus
