About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with talent attraction efforts, strengthening the employer brand and company values
- Assist with recruitment processes by assessing alignment with the company and job requirements
- Support fair, inclusive, diverse, and transparent recruitment processes
- Assist with the online collection of onboarding documentation
- Assist in implementing talent attraction programs and meeting employment quota requirements

Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
