About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze the category’s commercial performance, monitoring indicators such as sales, margin, inventory, inventory turnover, and profitability
- Manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities and risks related to excess stock or product stockouts
- Plan category demand based on sales history, seasonality, and key commercial events
- Source new suppliers and product opportunities to expand and strengthen the category assortment
- Negotiate commercial terms, prices, payment terms, and other opportunities with suppliers
- Monitor assortment performance and propose actions to optimize the category’s sales, margin, and competitiveness
- Identify market trends and commercial opportunities that contribute to category growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of the stationery category, including products and suppliers
- Willingness to undertake short business trips
- Analytical, organized, proactive, and collaborative profile
