About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform installations, configurations, testing, and calibration of diluters, foamers, dosing units, and dispensers
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults, and replace parts and components
  • Resolve service requests on the first visit, reducing rework and travel time
  • Advise customers on the use, replenishment, and proper care of equipment and products
  • Audit equipment provided under loan agreements, identifying irregularities and nonconformities
  • Manage parts, accessories, and technical materials
  • Record and track Service Orders on the Auvo platform
  • Meet deadlines and comply with technical procedures, safety standards, PPE requirements, and established working hours
  • Maintain communication with customers, operational contacts, and the internal team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Experience installing and maintaining equipment
  • Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics and mechanics
  • Ability to read technical procedures and safety standards
  • Willingness to travel
  • A technical certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with or knowledge of dosing, dispensing, dilution, dosing-unit, foaming, and dispenser equipment is a plus
