About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive, review, register, and monitor investment PEPs (capitalization, deactivation, disposal, services, and others), verifying that the information complies with requirements and recording the data in the SAP S/4HANA system.
Assist with the processing and control of legal claims and debit notices by analyzing, reviewing, and recording information in accounting systems.
Assist with depreciation, amortization, and loan and financing accounting processes by conducting reviews, calculations, and accounting entries.
Assist in preparing financial statements by collecting, compiling, and validating accounting and financial information in accordance with applicable regulations and Brazilian accounting standards.
Use and contribute to the development of tools, automations, and Artificial Intelligence agents for accounting processes.
Assist with the analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts, identifying discrepancies and outstanding items and making adjustments and entry offsets.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Social Responsibility standards and guidelines.
Work in compliance with the Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program, as well as the Company’s internal policies, standards, and guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills;
Knowledge of Power BI;
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools is a plus.
