About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and monitor the socio-environmental performance of the company’s business units, considering the diversity of sectors, scale of operations, and complexity of processes.
Collect, consolidate, analyze, and communicate sustainability indicators for the Group’s companies using appropriate tools.
Assist the team with sustainability activities and projects, including information gathering, documentation, recordkeeping, and report preparation.
Ensure the implementation of best practices related to Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Social Responsibility, and Asset Management standards.
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, statutory, and contractual requirements.
Work in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program.
Manage and control documents, ensuring the organization, updating, and compliance of information.
Work collaboratively with different departments, promoting alignment and synergy among teams.
Support the preparation, organization, and monitoring of internal and external audits.
Support the development and delivery of internal training on procedures, standards, and best practices.
Monitor departmental processes and activities, contributing to compliance with established procedures and requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Valid driver’s license and confidence driving a vehicle.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 39001, and ISO 55001 certification required.
Position preferentially intended for Black and Brown applicants.
