About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a strategic Business Partner to the People function, understanding business challenges, priorities, and objectives
Build consultative relationships with leaders and internal clients, influencing decisions through analysis, data, and technical recommendations
Identify opportunities to improve processes by promoting simplification, standardization, automation, and innovation
Map, analyze, model, and redesign corporate processes
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements for strategic initiatives and transformation projects
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery meetings to understand needs and define solutions
Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and impact analyses
Conduct market benchmarking and evaluate technology solutions, supporting RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes
Partner with Architecture, Development, Product, and Technology teams to define and evolve solutions
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, supporting development, user acceptance testing, and implementation
Monitor performance indicators, benefits realization, user adoption, and opportunities for continuous improvement
Support the development and evolution of the People function’s systems roadmap
Promote the use of data, analytics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to transform processes
Serve as a technical reference in business analysis and process management, supporting team development
Stay up to date on market trends, digital transformation, people management, emerging technologies, and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Process Management, Project Management, People Management, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of Business Analysis (BABOK)
Knowledge of Business Process Management and Modeling (BPMN / BPM CBOK)
Experience with or knowledge of requirements elicitation, specification, and management
Knowledge of business rules modeling
Knowledge of Design Thinking, Service Design, and Lean Inception
Knowledge of business case development and feasibility analysis
Knowledge of discovery techniques and workshop facilitation
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of Project Management (PMBOK)
Knowledge of solution prototyping
Knowledge of performance indicators and data analysis
Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
Knowledge of automation tools; Power Platform experience is a plus
Knowledge of HR applications (SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, Senior, LG, or similar platforms) is a plus
Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to improve processes and productivity is a plus
