About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the first line of support in protecting the technology environment
- Monitor vulnerabilities, the network environment, and security alerts
- Contribute to the detection of weaknesses and remediation of vulnerabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve information security
- Contribute to the department’s documentation and standardization
- Work with analysts to document information security processes
- Perform initial analysis of SOC tickets and route them for execution
- Open information security-related tickets in the internal CRM
- Participate in onboarding sessions with analysts to introduce the Information Security department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a university degree in Information Security or a related field
- Familiarity with information security or infrastructure tools
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Knowledge of GCP (Google Docs)
- Willingness to learn and develop new knowledge
- Strong ability to prepare and write documentation
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and effective time-management skills
- Knowledge of information security principles
- Knowledge of Information Security architecture and project implementation
- Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
- Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and continuously learn
