About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect for and serve fleet-sector customers, including carriers, rental companies, logistics firms, agricultural businesses, and heavy construction companies
  • Take a consultative approach by identifying customer needs and offering suitable product and service solutions
  • Manage and develop a customer portfolio, ensuring ongoing, long-term relationships
  • Present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and follow through on contract closing
  • Conduct technical visits to fleet customers alongside the technical team to identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor fleet performance indicators, such as cost per kilometer, tire retreadability, and tire consumption, and propose optimization solutions
  • Provide post-sales support by monitoring product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in promotional activities, training sessions, and events related to the transportation and fleet sector
  • Keep the CRM/sales system updated with current customer, proposal, and negotiation information
  • Partner with the technical and marketing teams to develop strategies tailored to the fleet segment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active company registration (CNPJ) for work as an independent legal entity
  • Active registration with CORE (Regional Council of Commercial Representatives)
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive, tire, parts, or logistics sector
  • Knowledge of fleet management and performance indicators, such as cost per kilometer and tire retreadability
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Availability for travel and field visits
  • Category B driver's license
