About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect for and serve customers in the fleet segment, including transportation companies, rental companies, logistics, agricultural, and heavy construction businesses
  • Act as a consultant by identifying needs and offering appropriate product and service solutions
  • Manage and develop a customer portfolio, ensuring ongoing, long-term relationships
  • Present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and follow contracts through to closing
  • Conduct technical visits with fleet customers alongside the technical team to identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor fleet performance indicators, such as cost per kilometer, tire retreadability, and tire consumption, and propose optimization solutions
  • Provide after-sales support by monitoring product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in promotional activities, training sessions, and events related to the transportation and fleet segments
  • Keep the CRM/sales system updated with current customer, proposal, and negotiation information
  • Work in partnership with the technical and marketing teams to develop strategies specifically for the fleet segment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active CNPJ registration to operate as a legal entity
  • Active CORE registration (Regional Council of Commercial Representatives)
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive, tire, parts, or logistics sectors
  • Knowledge of fleet management and performance indicators, such as cost per kilometer and tire retreadability
  • Contract negotiation and management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Availability for travel and external customer visits
  • Category B driver's license
