About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prospect for and serve customers in the fleet segment, including carriers, rental companies, logistics, agricultural, and heavy construction companies
Act as a consultant by identifying needs and offering appropriate product and service solutions
Manage and monitor a customer portfolio, ensuring ongoing, long-term relationships
Present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up on contract closings
Conduct technical visits with fleet customers alongside the technical team to identify improvement opportunities
Monitor fleet performance indicators, such as cost per kilometer, retreadability, and tire consumption, and propose optimization solutions
Provide post-sales support by monitoring product performance and customer satisfaction
Participate in promotional activities, training sessions, and events related to the transportation and fleet segment
Keep the CRM/sales system updated with current customer, proposal, and negotiation information
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop strategies specifically for the fleet segment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active CNPJ registration to operate as a legal entity
Active CORE registration (Regional Council of Commercial Representatives)
Previous B2B sales experience, preferably in the automotive, tire, parts, or logistics segment
Knowledge of fleet management and performance indicators (e.g., cost per kilometer and retreadability)
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Availability for travel and field visits
Category B driver's license
