About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Personnel Administration processes, contributing to Payroll, Timekeeping, Compensation, and Benefits activities in line with experience and departmental needs
  • Conduct reconciliations, analyses, and cross-checks of information, identifying inconsistencies and supporting their correction
  • Prepare and monitor departmental reports, controls, and performance indicators
  • Support process closing activities, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information
  • Perform analyses and maintain controls using Excel
  • Support the organization and improvement of internal processes
  • Collaborate with various departments, providing support on Personnel Administration matters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Payroll, Timekeeping, Compensation, or Benefits
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to maintain controls, perform analyses, and cross-check data
  • Strong logical reasoning and comfort working with numbers and information
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
