About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support and maintenance for the TOTVS Protheus ERP across key back-office modules, including Finance, Accounting, and Tax
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the processes required to fulfill accounting and tax obligations
Lead meetings with business units and partner teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Manage the entire implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through implementation
Plan and manage projects with the internal teams involved and external partners
Monitor activity progress to ensure deliverables are completed according to the defined plan and agreed scope
Maintain the TOTVS Protheus ERP environment, including patch application and Upddistr updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the Protheus back office
Experience with implementation projects and user support
Experience with implementation projects involving the Administrative and Finance modules is a plus
Knowledge of ADVPL is a plus
