Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed university degree
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in the corporate legalization or corporate services department of an accounting firm
  • Knowledge of public authority systems, including REDESIM, the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, Commercial Registries, and Municipal Governments
  • Experience with more complex corporate procedures, such as transformations, mergers, and spin-offs; pharmacy licensing experience is a plus
