About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Board and leadership team, providing analyses and recommendations to support business decisions
Conduct corporate analyses and performance diagnostics, identifying opportunities, risks, trends, and growth drivers
Advise executives in preparing forums, strategic meetings, and presentations, transforming data into relevant business insights
Develop KPIs, metrics, and analytical models that strengthen management practices and drive results
Lead information governance initiatives, promoting the quality, reliability, and strategic use of corporate data
Act as an internal consultant to business areas, understanding challenges and proposing data-driven solutions
Analyze business unit results, identifying root causes and improvement opportunities, and directing development initiatives
Monitor strategic projects, ensuring alignment among objectives, KPIs, and the areas involved
Guide the development and governance of dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support management
Foster a data-driven culture by expanding the use of information and KPIs in decision-making
Prepare feasibility studies, scenarios, projections, and predictive analyses to support strategic decisions
Ensure the consistency and dissemination of the organization’s key performance indicators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics, Commercial Management, or a related field
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Business, Analytics, Market Intelligence, Data, or a related field is a plus
Solid experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, and data analysis
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
Experience with data modeling, KPI development, and performance analysis
Experience preparing executive analyses and presentations for senior leadership
Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to transform complex data into business insights and recommendations
Experience with data governance, information management, and corporate KPIs
Strategic vision and business orientation
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
