About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor demolition activities.
- Prepare neighboring property inspection reports.
- Execute TCA and construction site fencing.
- Maintain and oversee the property from the launch phase until construction begins on the development.
- Analyze and execute service provider contracts through the MEGA portal.
- Liaise with the Procurement team to request material quotations.
- Monitor maintenance activities supporting the operation of sales offices, in coordination with Marketing initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of sales office demolition.
- Preferred: knowledge of contracting and coordinating construction designs for sales offices, retail stores, and fully furnished model apartments.
- Experience in the construction industry.
