About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the engagement and analysis of architecture, interior design, landscaping, and visual communications projects throughout their lifecycle, from feasibility studies through preliminary design.
Oversee the preparation of statutory approval projects by outsourced teams, ensuring compliance with current legislation and coordination with architectural and landscaping designs.
Develop sales visuals and physical scale models.
Support the property development registration process by preparing the sales specification, contract plans, auxiliary registry-office documentation, and analysis of the NBR 12.721 schedule.
Manage the engagement and development of sales center and model apartment projects, and provide support to the construction team.
Monitor and support the development of detailed construction documents, ensuring alignment with approved concepts.
Monitor and manage project schedules, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Experience in product development at a property developer, construction company, or architecture firm, preferably involving high-rise residential developments in São Paulo.
Knowledge of urban planning legislation and building codes applicable to the municipality of São Paulo.
Proficiency in drafting and graphic representation tools: advanced AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and critical analysis of proposed solutions.
Experience with interior design and decoration projects for common areas and model apartments.
Experience coordinating and monitoring detailed construction documents is a plus.
