About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead AI projects from opportunity identification through implementation and performance monitoring
Design and implement virtual assistants, AI agents, and automations to optimize processes
Map processes and identify opportunities to increase productivity, efficiency, and value creation
Define workflows, business rules, integrations, and validation mechanisms for developed solutions
Monitor deployed solutions, identifying opportunities for evolution and continuous improvement
Establish best practices for the development, use, and monitoring of Artificial Intelligence solutions
Ensure the ethical, secure, and responsible use of AI, considering privacy, data protection, and internal guidelines
Assess risks related to AI use and support the definition of mitigation mechanisms
Promote governance and standardization of AI initiatives across the Group
Monitor trends, tools, and new Artificial Intelligence applications
Evaluate market solutions and recommend technologies aligned with business needs
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and capability-building initiatives for employees and leaders
Support departments in adopting available AI tools
Act as a digital transformation agent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Work cross-functionally with corporate and operational teams, understanding challenges and translating needs into practical solutions
Facilitate communication among technical teams, business departments, and leadership
Define and track metrics for AI projects and solutions
Measure productivity and efficiency gains, as well as the return on implemented initiatives
Present results, recommendations, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders
Document projects, agents, automations, workflows, and technical decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Practical experience developing or implementing solutions using Artificial Intelligence
Experience developing or implementing AI agents, virtual assistants, or automations using Artificial Intelligence
Experience with process automation and integration tools
Experience managing AI projects from needs assessment through solution implementation
Systems thinking and the ability to connect technology with business needs
Innovative mindset and a focus on digital transformation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to share knowledge in a clear, accessible manner
Ability to influence others and provide technical leadership
Autonomy and proactivity in leading strategic projects
