About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop two engineering teams, working closely with Product, Design, and Data
- Ensure the teams deliver with quality and speed while staying aligned with business objectives
- Foster a high-performance environment focused on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Support and track team members’ growth through frequent feedback and development plans

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Background in software development
- Experience managing people and leading engineering teams
- Experience with distributed, large-scale, and highly available systems
- Knowledge of systems architecture and engineering best practices
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Data
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to make data-driven decisions focused on business impact
