Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and enhance back-end web services and applications independently, from solution design through production deployment
Design and implement system integrations with LLMs and robotic process automation (RPA) agents
Design, develop, and consume REST APIs, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and documentation
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain third-party APIs, assessing technical feasibility and impacts on systems
Build, maintain, and optimize web scraping pipelines for collecting, processing, and making databases available
Ensure application performance, security, and stability in production
Investigate root causes and resolve incidents
Write and maintain automated tests, fix bugs, and drive continuous code improvements
Build and maintain services, APIs, and processes related to applications
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior professionals and interns
Define and maintain best practices for development, version control, CI/CD, and deployment processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or ongoing higher education in Technology or a related field
Experience in back-end development
Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations
Knowledge of databases
Knowledge of Git and version control
Knowledge of automated testing and software development best practices
Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment processes
Knowledge of or interest in LLMs, RPA, and web scraping
Analytical, organized, proactive, and self-directed
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Interest in learning about new systems on a daily basis and continuously developing professionally
